I work with clients to understand their health history, current concerns and wellness and happiness goals. Together we implement holistic nutrition and lifestyle changes that are designed especially for you and are therefore easy to follow and stay with. Whether you are struggling with your weight, diabetes, allergies, digestive issues, Candida, Fibromyalgia, or other chronic conditions, you deserve to feel better now, live symptom free and be well today and for the future.
The Wellness Coaching program will:
- Help you take control of your life and your health
- Have relief from day to day symptoms
- Information, tools and support to lose weight and inches
- Lifetime of healthy eating and self care tools
- Motivation, benchmarks and a plan designed for you
- An understanding of limiting beliefs and process to shift them towards success
Program format:
- Two one-hour appointments each month for up to six months to: discuss progress towards your goals, learn about food choices, how to cook food for optimal health and digestion, lifestyle changes that support your goal and more.
- A variety of handouts, recipes, books, CDs, food samples and other materials
- Audio recordings of your coaching sessions to refer back to
- An invitation for guests to attend special events
- Preferred pricing with affiliated fitness, natural food, and spa partners
- Preferred pricing for future cleansing and detoxifying program
