Many of us have tried diets and other accountability groups over the years and for that, I commend you! This program is different in that you will understand what both your body and your mind need to create your ideal weight, health and life. You will learn about food, movement, emotional intelligence and self care ~ all critical factors in weight release and wellbeing.
Information for your Lifetime
In the workshop, I’ll share information that you can use for the rest of your life not just to get you to a desired short term goal. In doing so, I will help you create the tools to break the cycles that have traditionally kept you stuck. Through the workshop you will:
- Understand what your body needs to achieve & maintain your ideal weight
- Learn simple strategies beyond willpower and discipline for lifelong success
- Learn how to prepare and enjoy healthy, delicious foods in the right portions
- Understand how to navigate emotional & stress eating
- Find the inspiration for the most effective kind of exercise
- Get motivated, be held accountable and get results!!
A Six Week Program
Prior to the start of the six week program, you will have a complimentary 45 minute health consultation with me. We’ll discuss your overall health, habits, mindset, where you feel stuck and what you would like to create for yourself in your life not just with your health. We’ll also discuss your expectations for the group. Each week we’ll come together virtually on “Zoom” as a group to share and learn. We’ll begin with a virtual weigh- in on our successes. If you have access to your numbers and would like to share them, please do. I use a Tanita machine (and can make recommendations for a home version) which tracks many important factors including:
- Fat %
- Total Body Water
- BMR (Basal Metabolic Weight)
- Fat Mass
This gives us a healthier approach to understanding how your body is changing for the better beyond weight. Then, we’ll discuss challenges to gain perspective and hear how others are implementing strategies. Oftentimes we feel like we’re the only ones that can’t crack the weight release code, which can feel isolating and keep us stuck. The group discussion is often the most powerful part of a person’s journey.
