Life Is Busy.
Many of us are multitasking our way through the day focused on getting it all done. Work, parenting, school, social activities, board meetings, community involvement, activities for the kids, house projects, caring for aging parents… We pack it all in and feel productive, but in the process, we often lose sight of what we truly want for ourselves and our family.

Over time, despite our best intentions, our health and happiness fall off the priority list. We see gradual changes like lack of energy, a bit of weight gain, a harder time getting to sleep or a bit of tension in our relationships. We know we need to make changes but…. feeling healthy and happy take a back seat to the endless daily list of “to dos.” There will be time tomorrow, right?

And in February, I will be re-opening the Ideal Life Master Class which walks you through my 8 week system step by step. Also this February you can take the 5 week Ideal Life Foundations Class that is a great entry level approach to learning the foundational elements for designing, creating and enjoying your ideal life.
People often ask me how I’m able to stay happy, healthy and successful and I share openly that I use these same exact tools in my life every day and I enlist the help of other coaches who hold me accountable, just like I do for my clients. We can’t see our blind spots and need others to point them out.
